Return & Refund Policy

Custom Furniture

Every piece of furniture is handcrafted to order specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please review your order details carefully before placing your order, including dimensions, finish selection, and any custom specifications.

Natural Wood

Each piece is crafted from solid hardwood. Variations in wood grain, knots, mineral streaks, color, and naturally occurring insect markings are expected and celebrated as part of the character of real wood. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Any natural bug holes or voids are professionally filled to create a smooth, durable surface.

Damage During Shipping

If your furniture arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and the damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1 Year Warranty & Craftsmanship

We take great pride in every piece we build.

If a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect is identified, Olympus Woodworks will determine the appropriate solution, including repair, replacement of the affected component, or replacement of the product if the issue cannot reasonably be repaired.

  • Repair the item
  • Replace the defective component
  • Replace the furniture if the defect cannot reasonably be repaired

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wood movement caused by seasonal humidity changes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper care, accidents, or modifications made after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once production has begun or materials have been purchased for your order, cancellations are no longer accepted.

 

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a defect in craftsmanship occurs within one year of delivery under normal residential use, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.
