Welcome to Olympus Woodworks LLC. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom-Built Furniture

All furniture is handcrafted to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from product photos.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, knots, mineral streaks, and other organic characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.

2. Product Dimensions

All dimensions are approximate. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations may occur.

Customers are responsible for verifying that furniture dimensions will fit through doorways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended space before ordering.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and Olympus Woodworks confirms the order.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Financing options offered through third-party providers, such as Affirm, are governed by those providers' own terms and conditions.

5. Production Times

All production times are estimates.

While we strive to meet estimated completion dates, delays may occur due to material availability, weather, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Olympus Woodworks is not responsible for losses resulting from production or shipping delays.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Please inspect your furniture upon delivery.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged furniture.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Because each piece is handcrafted specifically for the customer, custom furniture is generally non-returnable.

8. Warranty

Olympus Woodworks stands behind the quality of its craftsmanship.

If a manufacturing or workmanship defect is identified, we will determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement of the affected component, or replacement of the product if the issue cannot reasonably be repaired.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wood movement
  • Changes caused by humidity or temperature
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper care
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Damage occurring after delivery

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, and written content are the property of Olympus Woodworks LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olympus Woodworks LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
